Conditions of use
1. Acceptance
Using at (“the platform”) means you agree to the following terms and to the privacy page. Disagree? Then please leave the platform.
2. Purpose
The platform is a free arcade game in the browser, offered for entertainment only. How a round works is described on the rules page.
3. Points have no value
All points are virtual. They can't be purchased, traded or cashed out, and there are no wagers, rewards or payouts of any kind.
4. Profiles and nicknames
Profiles are stored on your gadget only. Keep nicknames respectful, free of ads and free of other people's data; wiping the browser's data removes the profile permanently.
5. Fair use
Bots, auto-clickers and scripts are not allowed. Do not change, copy apart, or get around the code, abuse bugs, overload the platform or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Ownership
Design, source code, graphics, audio and text are owned by or licensed to the operator, and may not be reproduced or shared without consent unless the law permits it.
7. No guarantees
Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed, and stored scores may vanish. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by using, or being unable to use, the platform.
8. Age, law and contact
The platform is intended for people aged 13 or older; younger players need a parent's or guardian's consent. We may update these terms, and continued use counts as acceptance. The laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada apply. Operator: , , , .
